Attendance at the conference is restricted to registered delegates only. Abstracts must adhere to a 400-word limit and include no more than five keywords. Posters must be submitted electronically in PDF format, conforming to specific guidelines: a single PowerPoint slide using a 16:9 ratio resolution, font in Times New Roman, without video content, with a maximum file size of 10 MB, and saved as a PDF file. Research papers should be typed in Times New Roman font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing, headings in bold font size 14, and footnotes in font size 10. Submissions should consist of original, unpublished research, totalling between 5000 and 6000 words. In cases of co-authored papers, each author must register individually, with at least one co-author required to present at the conference. Registered candidates are ineligible for refunds in the event of absence or withdrawal. Abstracts must contain the paper title, author(s) name, designation, institution/organization name, mailing address, email, and contact number. Soft copies of papers should be submitted in A4 size, portrait layout, using Times New Roman font size 14 for headings and size 12 for body text, with 1.5 line spacing.
